Shauns Games is a solo independent studio. Right now it's one developer building one game with complete creative control, which is exactly how it needs to be for Protocol: Robot to be what it should be.
As the studio grows, it will look for people who care about atmosphere, patient design, and games that treat players as intelligent. Not testers. Not content consumers. People who want to figure something out.
